By downloading, installing, or using Tower-Sim (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

License

CPuell Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable app store terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools

Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, code, and assets in Tower-Sim are the property of CPuell Apps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPuell Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
